Cornelis serves traditional and pure dishes prepared with products from high quality suppliers. Our menu includes inspiring dishes like a Dry aged Côte de boeuf van het MRIJ rund van Piet v/d Berg, stewed iberico cheeks with salted almonds, 1/2 farmers chicken from France with red peper, garlic and white wine-dressing, tarbot on the bone from the oven with lemon, dragon, kappers and a dressing of green olives. Traditionally grilled on charcoal in the new Robata Flame Grill which ensures that the authentic taste is preserved. Opt for baked potatoes or hand cut fries as a side dish and your Burgundy board is filled.
